You keep saying that?
From both PR's on Oct. 9 and Dec. 15th, it clearly states this: American will maintain its controlling interest in Delta and will continue to consolidate Delta with its other subsidiaries.

The wording implies that AMIN alreay has a controlling interest. Why will more shares need to be issued?
