Here is what's confusing.

09/30/09 - 510k submitted
10/08/09 - Imaging3 received receipt
11/09/09 - Intended Use submitted
11/17/09 - Imaging3 received receipt

Yesterday was our 90 days since 510k was submitted. Now, with the additional information (Intended Use) submitted anybody have a clue if the 90 days restarted or is it 60 days from the additional information or a combination of both? Or depends? Either way I'd think approval is banging on the door.
