The news is pretty good............

BUT...why don't they tell us WHICH stations they'll be on?
Why do they say INKED a deal and not SIGNED a deal?
They paid with shares? That can be good if there's a restriction on when these stations can sell...gives them incentive. Not great news, but not too bad either....now get the bid up please :)

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 2004--International Broadcasting Corporation (OTCBB:IBCS) announced today it has inked a deal to distribute a business segment called "The MicroCap Report" to a selection of 8 AM and FM Stations across the United States. The radio stations are located in Missouri, Virginia, West Virginia, and Mississippi.

The segment will be produced by the folks at "Stock Talk LIVE." "Stock Talk LIVE" (http://www.IBCRN.com) is a fully interactive business radio talk show focused exclusively on micro-cap stocks. The show is "on-the-air" each and every stock market day from 9:30 AM to 4 PM EST. IBCS believes not only will this deal enhance the value of our advertising services but will enable more investors to hear about IBCS.

Daryn P. Fleming, President and CEO of IBCS, says, "This is an awesome deal for everyone involved. Our `MicroCap Report' will feature the Stock Talk LIVE stock of the day and will be designed to attract new listeners and investors in the service areas of 8 radio stations. The airtime was negotiated via trade, so there is no out-of-pocket expense for the deal. IBCS continues to make tremendous progress in its quest to tell our story to the investment community. We are getting more inquiries about advertising and more advertisers than ever before."

Such statements are subject to certain risks and uncertainties including the demand for the Company's services, litigation, labor market, and other risk factors identified from time to time in the Company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission that could cause actual results to differ materially from any forward-looking statements.
