Key question what's Rochlin role - would really like to know the answer but I don't.
As Assistant Manager Budgeting & Reporting at ACOR I simply can't believe that he bought CAML on his own like some kind of Christmas gift.He was perfectly aware that sooner or later this info will leak out.
Is he the one who will manage the new spin-off company ?
Maybe.He never have had any post on top executive position.But maybe.
He bought CAML shell to sell it to ACOR when the time is right ?
Sounds familiar.The guy know something what the others don't and that's it.
Maybe he acted on his own maybe not, but this isn't the case.
We're talking about FR clean OTCBB shell and there is the point.
