Hey Pammy...if the culprit is TDA...& Zecco or BofA will accept & trade the securities...I don't know that it matters. I got my account open & ACAT faxed while already knowing I might be blocked from TDA.

As Marc said...get the process going & if/when TDA stands in your way...go to the top with them & your new account will be ready & waiting when they see the error of their ways & finally release them...JMO.
