Tom is going have to hit one out of the ballpark soon with a 8k showing the SS and it needs to be 1.5B or less for the O/S and he needs to file a 10K for 09 and it it he has to outline the business plan with projected revevenues & earnings for 2010 an out years. He fails to do this the MMs have won. It is a 50/50 deal now if Tom wins. I hope he does but the MMs have this game down pat and they have been getting away with illegal shorting with the brokers for yrs and the SEC does nothing. I hope this is changing.
