I appreciate your confidence that I can pick bottoms perfectly, but even at 1 cent, you still have to deal with a company with a working capital and net asset value which is a large negative number. An investment of enough cash to bring it to zero (though virtually impossible) at the current PPS would require doubling the outstanding shares.
Also, if I had been buying at under 2 cents, you can bet I would have sold at 3 cents. I never want to be a slaughtered pig.

As always, the right time to buy in is when the company shows signs of a sustainable positive cash flow.
