My thoughts on transparency.
I keep reading post that call for transparency, and they need to do what they say, and they need to let us know whats going on.
They have told us whats going on. Every step of the way, Quasar has told us what their intentions are. They have told us what they have accomplished, and they have also told us what they are working diligently on accomplishing right now.
As far as transparency, can you imagine what would have happened if they had named the targets of the acquisitions. The CEO's of the target companies would have received so many emails and phone calls from shareholders it would have killed the deal.
Imagine if everyone knew the phone number to the lender. LOL 8,000 phone calls a day. Are you guys actually lending Quasar the money, when are you guys funding the deal...That might have lasted about 30 minutes before that deal would have been history. Be careful what you wish for when you say you want transparency. I believe the last few Press Releases were awsome. They Had Meat!
"Financing secured and to be closed middle of December. We will begin with the acquisition process immediately thereafter"....
The next PR was from the Sr V.P., Mark Lundquist, describing the terms of the funding and once again stating the the midle of December was good.
The Next PR," We know shareholders are anxious, but we are working diligently trying to close the acquisitions."

Why is this company trading at 2 cents right now? Lets face it, there aren't many people who believe it. A pink sheet company getting a 350 million dollar loan, YEAH RIGHT.....LOL

For those of us who do believe, and have done our homework, we're long and holding no matter where this stock goes next week. My belief, does not matter to anyone except me. I believe this is a stock that will be talked about for years to come. I believe this stock will be a life changer for the few people who have done the homework, and refuse to sell this at 25 cents.
