I noticed that too..

When I saw that 40% was institutional holdings, then I started seeing 50K blocks going off.. I decided it was worth the risk.

Took a hefty position.. 30K @ $3.35 ave

I see two outcomes.. I make a decent profit on this, or I have my first tax loss set aside for all the gains I'll make in China small caps in 2010 lol..
