I was going to post this at some point tonight but didn't have time eariler. But this was exactly what I was talking about. Lets see if we can't put this all in perspective real quick...
The company is in the process of securing funding for a drill program that’s been planned for some time over the already established gold targets. This phase of drilling will be supervised by a P.Geo(Geologist)whereby a NI 43-101 will be completed with results being made available to the public.
Also in the updated pinksheet pdf/filing, the stated that they intend to bring on this geologist sometime in the 2nd Q 2010. That would be in the april time frame.
Now take that with the fact that they stated that:
Over the next couple of weeks, news will be made available to the public with regards to the company's funding efforts
Now it's time to put it all together for the big picture!
KATX has already identified and selected test drill targets for Handcamp, this we have known for about 6 months now. To do test drills they need to have financing in place to cover the cost of those. They will be updating us sometime in the next few weeks on the status of the financing. If they haven't got any financing yet, they wouldn't have a reason to update us..... So something important has changed in regards to the financing. This should mean that they have already secured financing from a source and that they will be annoucing they now have the captial in place to start test drilling, the last peace of the puzzle! So if they are going to do this all with in the next few weeks. And they are planning on bringing on a Geologist in or around the aprial time frame. So what does that tell us?
It seems to me that they will ALSO be annoucing not only that they have financing for test drilling, but that they plan to start the test drilling (weather premitting) sometime in Feb and expect to get the first results back from the lab sometime around the april or may time frame.
This is all going to be major news for the company, starting with the financing which will make all of this possible and ending with the results from the test drills on the gold targets.
In pps terms, this should mean that we are at the very end of these prices and that we should at the very least start to see a slow but steady rise up in the next few weeks based on the news and events that are coming up with some nice spikes up here and there and a major run up when we get the final drill results in mid to late spring.
Now this is not a stone cold hard fact that it will play out like this, but it's how I see it happening right now. Of course anything can and often will change, but right now, based on the facts we do have, and based on sound logic, common sense, and some reading between the lines, I think this has a great shot of playing out like this. Of course we will just have to all wait and see, and this is only one of many possible outcomes. But no matter what way you slice it, great things are in store for this company in the very near future!
