Wrong on all three things. Don't care about the RS. Do care that they did an RS and kept the AS up in the billions and just kept selling shares until it hit .0001. Oh and there is the part were they said we have no intention of doing an RS and then doing an RS just a couple of months later.

I will say it was the former CEO who said no RS. He left after being lied to by CR and GL about the financing and the control he had as CEO. What a shame because if RR was still CEO we would have product on the shelves.
