It's pretty obvious that Mr. Johnson does not act in good faith and that his only game is to create the impression that he is a real investor in this company.

Based on his posts I've read and his unnecessarily antagonistic behavior it appears that he is some kind of tout or shill or stooge for this company.

Whatever he is he is not an earnest money negotiator.

So, if he thinks I am going to publicly share the names and number of shares of these several people who are holding shares in their various accounts it is obvious Mr. Johnson has no idea how a private transaction is conducted and I will leave him to his naive and immature notions of how business is done.
