Rick needs to understand that this is a publicly traded company and he cannot give one shareholder more information than the rest. Any thing less than full disclosure to all share holders is considered insider information and both you and Rick are complicit in this activity considered a crime by the SEC. I don't know what Rick told you but I deserve all the information that you have as well as every share holder down to the person that owns 1 single share.
