What I meant to say is that prior to an R/M, "somebody" knows and slow accumulation starts, then the filings and pr's. I've had shells with no volume for months, then slow low volume for a couple weeks and bam, the R/M happens. I think several million shares have traded here over the last 6 months....it's gotta be close.
