What in the agreement prevents GlobalFoundries from using Intel IP to duplicate manufacturing processes to produce chips for anyone, at least for the next five years?

Is it that these processes are protected by Patent and that all Intel has agreed to do is not to sue, but has not agreed to share a particular process? (I just had this topic in my CLE stuff)
