I can appreciate your honesty, it quite admirable and it appears to be genuine. I have held stocks where paid bashers worked the board to hold a stocks PPS down for ulterior motive.

I bought into DLAD when the float was low also. I don’t like the liquidation that took place any more then the rest of the bag holders here, but I’m still committed to the original decision to buy the shares I own.

I have stated in earlier post that I believe the direction the company is currently in is better then what it had going for it. (old software provider to dealers).

I didn’t see the dilution coming, my error, but every time I freak-out when the PPS drops, I lose money just to see the share price eventually recover and then some.

I’m holding on to them at least until we get a decision symbol change. I will then reevaluate the position at that time. It’s no secret that I’m down 75% on the position, what’s another 25% at this point. I knew the risks when I bought into penny stocks, and I don’t lose very often. Sometime waiting pays-off.
