I believe it was the result of an investor awareness campaign...and they apparently did a good job because the stock price moved from $.07 to $1.44 in 8 days. I've been hearing some rumors that the same group has been hired on for next week...so I would imagine you would want to be in before the herd as you can make money trading these types of plays
