Of course that is, I meant since TD and Nite via Etrade stopped buys, sells, or whatever the hell is going on. ST stopped buys afetr the 700mil + shares traded the days after 9-15. If they were sooo concerned for clients, why did they not stop b4 then? Edit- nevermind, it did occur b4. I'm obviously an idiot, lol
