Share structure has got to be released to move this anywhere,folks won't buy in until they feel semi confident on what they are given up $$ for period. i myself have shares, like to get more but not without SS and i think I am not alone on this

1)clear up the SS
2)clear up the skull and crossbones
3)clear up issue with TD and amitrade etc...
4) somewhat of the business plan for this venture


and then it will take Off!!!!!!!
