FullCircle Registry Redeems Convertible Debentures
CEO & Chairman Provide Funds to Retire Debt LOUISVILLE, Ky. - PRNewswire-FirstCall - Nov. 10
LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FullCircle Registry, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: FLCR) , reported today that it has redeemed all outstanding convertible debentures that were issued during a previous funding arrangement with a private equity company. The convertible debenture debt has been carried on the Company's books since February of 2003 and resulted in substantial and ongoing dilution to the Company's common shareholders. Funds for the redemption of the debentures were provided through an equity investment by the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

The funding originally provided the investor with convertible debentures and warrants to purchase shares of the Company's common stock. "We believe that by redeeming the convertible debentures and eliminating the interest payments thereon, FullCircle will be able to turn the corner towards profitability in the next two quarters," stated Isaac Boutwell, President and Chief Executive Officer of FullCircle Registry, Inc.
