I would think we should wait for a few consecutive profitable MOR's to push for an EC. Then we can say that we have positive SE and the company has returned to profitability...meaning, the company is anything but hopelessly insolvent. This would be a very strong argument for an EC. It was basically our argument for CEMJQ (I was part of "The Alliance"). They had made one attempt at EC formation early on but it fell on deaf ears because it was too soon. The second round was a success because there was sufficient evidence to support solvency. Timing is everything. Patience is a virtue. Just my two cents.
