I realize you're just here to bash but this is getting ridiculous.

OK, I gave you the link to all filings going back to the year 2000. Yet you claim that's not "regular filings". ??

Everything listed is an official SEC Form which has been FILED with the SEC by this company and listed by date.

So what constitutes "regular" from your viewpoint?

And if they're NOT filings then what would you call them?
