moe, No, I stand corrected, as I did not realize that FFGO sold most of those shares for their buy back, that is why I asked for that link.To verify, as I told Colorado "I could be wrong" and seems I was.

BTW that SEC case against HGLC, is to go to mediation not court, would that indicate that there could be a settlement out of court?
