Yup,

Did you get this off the yahoo board? I saw that and began posting to the bashers that both that listed criterion for being put on Caveat along with another listed criterion could be the reason for the designation. I believe the second listed cause was simply that the company is being promoting without sufficient transparency...but we already know that and have for a long time....
