LM: Assuming DR was in the midst of "negotiations" spelled out in his 09/23 letter to shareholders* (his swan song, as Fate would ordain it), what would you surmise as the effect of his untimely death upon said negotiations?

"We (CSMG) were able to maintain our LTC assets and patents primarily through loans from our officers and directors. We are working with consultants, negotiating with a number of medical device companies, medical instrument makers and bankers."
