Who owns the shell is still to be determined. However, to answer your question; that is what Linares, the BK attorney for PFOB/BooKoo holdings told me two months ago. She then went on to tell me it is up to the BK trustee to finalize it.
Due to the fact he saw no assets in PFOB, the shell, he closed/terminated the case. That is in the BK docs which are public.
