At the shareholders meeting the vote came in at 64 million for the new board and etc... so i would guess the O/S is at 65 million and change.The vote was at over 95%....with proxy included.A big chunk of that went in as restricted for new employees and officers. By the way, all the new guys as well as us, the old insiders, just signed a 12 mo lock up, and only 5% leak out (after 12 mo.)for our shares.So,as much as some may scream dillution, we are not selling. Most of us are in it at over several dollars.
