Uplisting on BB does not change fundamental. But why everybody was waiting for OTC news? It is a big thing. pps should be way up.

My guess to break 0.01 very soon did not hit, but I am confident it would break through it today to say goodbye sub penny. Good thing today is not many guys are piling the sell order at same ask price, 0.0095 or 0.01. So buyers may feel comfortable and sellers do not rush to sell before the resistance.

Many guys are still watching this.
