sure what else ?
Stripping down OS with cancelling 36M prefferd which leads to 50M OS
gives PPS of 0.3$ ( with projected 5M$ sales in 2010 ).
Less preffered better.
Let's say - just 6M preffered + 24M float is PPS of 0.5$ at the end of 2010.
IMO.
