Some bad news

December 10th I posted the passing of the Biodiesel Tax Credit extension. While I was correct that the extension was passed by the House of Representatives the bill was unfortunately tabled by the Senate to be taken up at a date in 2010.

This Senate delay is playing havoc with the Biodiesel Industry that was already having a bad year in 2009. To what extent this will affect XPGH only Mr Parsons will be able to tell us.

Don't know about you, but I am really feeling like our Senate as a governing body (both Democrats and Republicans) has become our Country's Achilles heal. Seems like in this day and age of high speed internet the Senate only has two speeds, Slow and Stop.

Right now both the Senate and the House are STILL out on Holiday, so they are in their home offices. It might be a good idea to give both of your Senators and your House member a call about this matter and light a fire under their butts.
