Rocket, there seems to be a float of 1.25 billion shares then.

If the company says that ProRemote will receive about 75% of O/S
then the company must be in posession of those ( 75% ) shares

and the other 25% is in the hands of investors/gamblers ( like us ).

1.25 billion is a large float, hence a slow movement in the PPS

but yesterday, about 100 million busted throught the Ask of 5

and this morning it was half of that to bust through the Ask of 6 .......... seems that many are holding at this point

a promo ( an e-mail Alert ) by a third party or a completion of the merger announcement could send the PPS much much higher,
as there will sudenly be no sellers .........
