And most publicly traded companies go through dilution, but i think me and you are both referring to toxic financing like issuing 1 billion shares at .002 when the price of the stock is .01 like they did back in april-july.

So again, do you have a link the proves that the 2010 Financing of Genta is going to be toxic financing? Of course you don't.
