VG Chartz is just an estimate of the total sales...

If it says that Graffiti has sold over 100,000 units for the week of Jan 2nd then Graffiti would have already known about it by now. The companies that purchase games from Graffiti are invoiced at the time they purchase the games and not when they sell of the shelves..

I would expect a PR soon also..
