I dont think the Italians would have anything to do with IPWG if they didn't understand the true facts about this chill. IPWG are caught up unfortunately but it should be resolved in time. SEC are only back to work last Monday so as we all know this is a slow moving machine. The main issue here is that IPWG are free from allegation and time and patience should see this one through.

Financing is still moving along and should be close next week. As far as I'm aware there is some form of communication with the italians today.
