The way I understand it is that Worldspace owns the satellite now. I think that worldspace is continuing the service in India just under the restructured plan as content and they are closing the previous business as to take control of the asset of the satellite. In the article it says bankruptcy in India could take decades so they are bypassing that by shutting down the "old" worldspace. That is why is was not named in the bankruptcy proceedings.
