Maybe some of the others and joenatural are right and QEDNs President Tom Makmann is dumping QEDN shares into the market, dilution. (Dilution in the stock market adds to the number of shares available).

See Definition: #5

If that's true then, the PPS will struggle to move up.
The big question would be; why would he do this?
Maybe to try and keep the PPS from going up, or from going too high before the merger!
Maybe QEDNs President Tom Makmann is trying to get as many shares into the market pre-merger and/or keep the PPS low or as low as possible before the merger. If so, why?
If this is true then, does QEDNs President Tom Makmann have an ulterior motive?
(ulterior motive;

underlying motive: a second and underlying motive, usually a selfish or dishonorable one).

Believe me, I hope all this is not true, however, if I discover that there is even the slightest ulterior motive going on here I will be gone ASAP.
For now, I plan to stick to my current plan and hold all my shares until after the merger and/or after the launch of the new ProRemote product Tablet PC.
I still very much have full confidence in the potential of the new company that will come from this merger.
If after the merger, everything is looking good and on the up and up, I will still hold my shares to see how far the newly merged company will fair in the first quarter of 2010.

Please, I hope that no one trades according to this post in any way because this is nothing more than my humble opinion.

Sincerely,

If traders will stop selling - the price will move up - There is a Big Seller or Sellers who are happy to sell at low prices - This has me perplexed unless QEDN is selling shares to raise money before the merger

If NO shares are available at .0006, .0007, .0008 or .0009, then traders would have to pay .001

There appears to be unlimited shares available at every price and until the selling stops, the price will continue to struggle to move up

Last Thurs we had over 700 million shares traded and QEDN only went to .0005 x .0006

Something is WRONG - Where are all these shares to SELL appearing from
