NOW, with 350M OS + 1.5B in New issuance to bail out shorty, that would make our current market cap 1.6M.

Don't buy OS is 350m Fine, use whatever number you come up in your calculations, I get 350m, but it doesn't matter what number you use.

Bottom line, how does it make sense for a company that does 30M a month in sales, without its "best products released yet", to be worth 1.6M?

Why would you sell 1.5B shares at a nickle, when fair value for the company is exponentially higher from current levels?

Makes no sense, sorry, not buying it. Not gonna happen, doesn't make sense for the interests of the shareholders.
