The company has nearly 40 million shares and no business. Who in their right mind would invest in this (accredited investor)? Does Moscowitz have this great reputation as an entrepreneur that people would be crawling out of the woodwork, in a credit starved economy, and invest millions of dollars into a shell company with no future direction? No way!

It is clear that the only value in this company is the sale of shares and even that looks bizarre as there is no trade volume. If Moscowitz found accredited investors he would have been putting them into his other scam (SPNG) as at least that had an outward appearance of a company.

IMO There is only one real answer here and that is that Mosco is up to something. Money laundering, hiding assets, something.
