Ok, we are a long way from the finish line. I am not yet ready to Party.

Can we get rid of all the material in the IBOX that is not relevant to the story going forward?

Really, the only thing that is material now is the Finalization of the BK, confirmation of the shell as free and clear. Once we get an actual signing over of the shell, we can really spruce it up..........
