Well yes, Nasdaq is 30 days above 4 to my knowledge. Amex would be possible with a 3 dollar share price and also even with a share price above 2 there is a possibility with some additional exception rules.

Just look what ONP did after they got listed on the AMEX. First few days very quiet and even rather weak and then wow.....

I don't want to be out of BSPM at this time, but hey that is just me.
