Previous guidance was filing a Form 10 in Q2 2010. Clearing comments from the SEC can take as little as one week.. or as long as one year. So it's kinda hard to guess.

Bottom line though, whether they clear comments in 1 week, or 1 year, they will be considered fully reporting upon filing the Form 10. They just won't be able to seek quotation on the OTCBB until clearing comments.
