Your argument would make sense if the market cap was the same, but it is not. The current market cap makes the company worth significantly less than when it was just an idea. We have equipment and a mill, mined rock, produced concentrate (sold is TBD), and we are close to a hard start. Being worth less now just doesn't make sense. If you remember the counter claim to PN's lawsuit, they valued the improvements to the property at $50 million. At the very least, the market cap should be at that level.
