If there is a decent contract in the wing I see the stock going anywhere from 01.5 to 03 cents. However, there must be a decent contract. I am also taking into account there will be an increase of outstanding. For it to hit with a decent contract there should be no more then 2.5 million shares. Yes it will then go up.
