Wow this is just sounding worse and worse.

The only good thing I can take away from that is that there was some attempt at a drill at one point. I wasn't sure if the whole thing was a lie.

If the drilling company was never paid for their last job, that must explain why we do not have any feedback from this test drill....It must have never happened.
