Jarvis when SCMI moves up in price, people come out of the woodwork, and start posting. This board is the only place to get an overall idea of how SCMI is doing.

The 100 million number is a guess , but is based on the dollars I personally put down.

My . what an opportunity. A new business "controlling unauthorized copying of cds", a 100 million dollar business.

SCMI manufacturs NOTHING, we dont care who is President, the price of gas , or price of tea in China.

We make money, by sitting on a patent pending registration which bmg pays a royalty every time the encrypt a cd with scmi's program.

Most people devote time on this board in direct proportion to the Dollars invested in SCMI.

This is called the "sunnyday fact",and it follows that on days when good news is breaking ,the people with the most to gain publish "post" more than any -one else.

Its personal , but experience tells me 429 million are the o/s shares,[based on the qtig dividend distribution].

The scmi "floating" not restricted = 350 million shares.

Restrictive means if I give you 10 million shares for services, and it stipulates they can only be sold when the SCMI share price is .20 cents.

The 350 million shares cant [can not] be held by mutual funds or trust accounts due to fiduciary responsibilities of these institutions.

The 1/3 rd that vist this board own at least 100 million shares of SCMI.

ITs just a guess, but I think I am right.

Oh Peter Jacobs reads this board.
