WayneC777 - wrong wording. The MM's "JOB" is to creat a Market ... that is why thay are called Market Makers!!!
So THEY creat an up and down Market THEM SELVES ONLY ... they can and do use a PR the company puts out to their advantage ... ONLY.

NASDAQ, S&P, etc do not follow this same game. They have Major rules to follow. So they are more secure in trading. Pinks and otc's are a loose cannon. So NITE and they're pupets are sitting their studing you and me to see what we will do ... PERIOD
