I am also on that page. There are too many details that have been stated as fact from the BOD of FFGO to deny.

There is a deal on going (that I am sure of IMO) just the details need to be worked out.

As I have said before this is not a $2 pair of socks being bought and sold, I too would be careful looking at all the details in a $100+ million sale, rather than rush for the sake of a few impatient shareholders that cannot wait to spend thier windfall.
