I think I know what will happen. Revenge Designs will make the Verde and the Sedan. Revenge Industries will be the name of the installations centers. To compensate Revenge Design SH Pete will issue for x number of Revenge Designs shares one share of Revenge Industries PREFERRED stock that you cannot sell for one year. If the Revenge Industries stock is private you will not be able to buy and sell it on the open market and will not join in the huge after market installation profits. The only money we will make is on the sale of Verdes and Sedans. And we all know Peter can't do both at one time and Revenge Industries is more important. So Revenge Designs will cease.
