I know he won't even though long distance calls are all free today. It is very easy to hide behind a board and critical. There is another gut on another board that has been slamming another stock and it had gone up 1800% during his slamming. Sunny promise to leave the board after he was out of the stock also demonstrates his own personal integrity. I personally do not know how all of this will turn out (like everyone else) but IF JS makes even some of the plans materialize, it will still do well on a percentage basis.
