I'm sorry our-street, but you guys seem a little over the top on this,.....don't get me wrong, I am hugely dissappointed in things as they are. I think we both know that sales were exagerated, and that share structure is exagerated, but the apocolypse stuff is too far. Product is selling, for sure. Is it as much as they claimed, prolly not. Is the O/S over 722 million, prolly so. Is it right at 3 billion, prolly not.
TOTAL FRAUD is not the phrase to describe this one.
Partial fraud,.....sure.
I beleive Moskowitz tried to skirt the line and got lost in they grey a bit.
